This hiking on the Amalfi Coast and winery tour in Tramonti combines the smells and the flavors of the sea and the mountains. Drive on the Amalfi Coast
The tour will start at your hotel or villa on the Amalfi or Sorrento coast at 8:30 AM. Our experienced driver will take you onboard to a comfortable Mercedes with Wi-Fi, drinks, and snacks.
Minori
We will start the tour in the town of Minori where we can have a treat in one of the most famous pastry shops on the Amalfi coast. The walk starts from the center of Minori, when we leave the village, there will be scenic lemon tree terraces facing the sea as we walk.
The path of lemons
The path of lemon is an easy and pleasant hike. The first part of the walk is almost all steps uphill (about 400), but we can enjoy a unique view over the coast once we are on the top. It will be time for learning about the lemon production of Amalfi. The path continues for around 2.5 km on even terrain. The smell of lemons will accompany you for the whole trail! In the end, we will walk downhill to Maiori, where our driver will be waiting for us.

The village of Tramonti is a hidden gem of the Amalfi Coast. It is located between the Lattari (milky) mountains, known for the high number of cows living there until modern times. The special terrain of the mountains, united with the effect of the cow’s pasture, created the perfect condition for the cultivation of long-living vine trees. The 500-years-old vines of Tramonti are indeed the oldest in the world! Hiking on the Amalfi coast: What should you bring?
Although the level of the hike is easy, you should be prepared for rough terrain. The towns of the region are built on steep cliffs by the sea and therefore stairways are common. We advise you to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Please avoid high heels. In Summer, you might want to bring a hat and a pair of sunglasses to protect yourself from the hot Mediterranean sun. Make sure to bring your sunscreen!
There will be water in the car, but we still advise you to bring your own water bottle for the hike.
