Cooking class in Sorrento, limoncello tasting, and walking tour!

Located on one of the world’s most impressive and scenic coastlines, Sorrento has magical views of the Bay of Naples, Capri, and Ischia. In Sorrento, you will find rolling hills, rugged coastline, and crystal clear blue waters, but also a buzzing Italian lifestyle, mouth-watering food, and, of course, the best Limoncello.

This tour is for the curious and for the gourmand, combining the best sightseen of Sorrento, history, and a wonderful cooking class with our Chef Carmen. The tour is also available in the afternoon or in the evening.

Cooking Class in Sorrento!

The tour will start at the workshop of Chef Carmen. Carmen is a star in Sorrento, as her cooking class combines quality and fun! The class will take place in a large kitchen space, specially designed for groups. All the dishes are prepared with fresh local ingredients and are based on classic recipes.

The three-hour class is followed by lunch: you will share and enjoy the food you cook! Menus are composed of antipasto, fresh pasta, either fish or meat as a second course, and dessert. Meals are accompanied by wine, water, and, of course, the first taste of limoncello.

You will work on authentic and traditional dishes from Campania, that have been handed down for many generations. Some example? The famous handmade Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, with basil, tomato, and mozzarella. Pasta alla Nerano, with fried zucchini and Provolone cheese. Or “Acqua Pazza” seabass, cooked in wine, olive oil, parsley, garlic, and fresh cherry tomatoes…

Sorrento walking tour
